Love Jones, as she goes by saw how hard it was to make connections with limited experience and wanted to create a company that assisted talented individuals that haven’t gotten a chance. “I wanted to create a platform where young millennials, especially women of color, have a chance to showcase the work they can do. Building a transparent, diverse production company, & creating jobs for those who were just like me fresh out of college & looking to find my way in, is my drive to keep building so they can have those opportunities that I didn’t have.
